The CD fly’s back and forth like a rocket.
Stories and promises are flipped like a pancake into the arms of another.

Why would someone ever write there love on a CD?
Maybe its because they want those feelings to last.
Last like a pressed flower.
But if that book has water splashed in between those faded old pages that rose will decompose.
Like petals lost on the wind
